Pooping outside litter boxQ: I have 7 year old and 2 year old cats. my 7 year old came from a somewhat neglectful home and will not poop in a dirty litter box. my husband and i have tried scooping the box several times a day and he still poops out side of the box. my 2 year old is constantly spraying out side of the box when he is mad at us. other then these problems they are pretty good cats. i just dont know what to do about the peeing and pooping.
